Paula Dean racist comments.

Paul Dean wanted a plantation style wedding and this was real recent. Miss Paula wanted a a old south style feel to it “that represented a certain era in America.” How insulting and offensive is that?

It wasn't that recent. It's been a few years. Still, that idea was in her mind. She basically wanted to recreate the slavery days. She probably realized that no one would do it and nixed the idea.

But, i'm wondering what kind of Black people would work in such a restaurant. There was a lot of success for Blacks after the reconstruction, but I highly doubt any former slaves would run a place like that!
