I know they were worshipped by me!! I still search the internet periodically waiting for the day when someone re-issues their albums on CD. So what are we waiting on??
I know that they had trouble finding a label that would stick with them. They released four albums and I think they may have been on three different labels, so that could have been part of the problem. The one you posted is by far the best album of the bunch but they all had good stuff.
Thanks for the memories!!!
Is this the group Mickey Stevenson started with Caroline Crawford?
I really liked this group, too, David. I also keep looking for a CD...maybe someday!

Their more disco orientated stuff I wasn't exactly crazy about but I did love their ballads
and harmony and I had a big...crush on Denita James, the woman in the right in that What's
On Your Mind cover...
There was a show in 1999

A while back, Pat was featured in the documentary THIS TIME. Other acts shown were the Sweet Inspirations, Peitor Angell, among others. It followed them as they recorded new tracks, performed some shows, and dealt with whatever was going on in their lives.
Hodges also recorded on Dremagirls project with Scherrie et al a a couple of years ago.
Yes, Hodges, James and Smith worked on the Dreamgirls Project with Scherrie Payne and Lynda Laurence. Actually, their part [[HJS) was some of the best part of that CD. Here's a video from the recording of the Dearmgirls Dance Project with Hodges, James and Smith http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlZvyUyScss
