An excellent little album of modern soul that may well be the best one recorded by this overlooked combo from the early 80s. Skip Scarborough produced, and the record's got that great jazzy polish that he brought to his best work. The band includes Skip, Paul Jackson, Patrice Rushen, and other tight fusion players – which adds a lot to the sweet vocals by the girls.
