Is there a stereo version or pressing of the Darrell Banks Is Here album? It has been reissued in Japan.

Yes Kam, the LP is from '67 and both versions exist

We can see that Atco released stereo LP as soon as 1959 [[Bobby Darin "That's All")

The 2012 Japanese reissue of "Darrell Banks Is Here!" is in stereo with the exception of two tracks. "Our Love [[Is In The Pocket)" and "Open The Door To Your Heart" are in mono.

Does Bettye mention Darrell in her recent book ??
She knew him when he first made it big in Detroit [["Open the Door.." period).
When we talked with her about Darrell many years back, she held very strong views on him.
