Sarah Dash came to NYU and spoke at a class I took on the historical significance of soul music, and she was fantastic! The great Ashley Kahn taught the class, and put together such a great curriculum. Ms. Dash was extremely kind, open to questions, professional, and even sang some for us. She's awesome!

Sarha, Nona Hendryx, Melba Moore & Melissa Manchester will be in concert this coming Sat. 8/11/12 in a free outdoor concert held at Lincoln Center in NYC at 6pm in a tribute to the Late Laura Nyro.
