Someone from another site said they contacted the company who issued this to PBS, and they say they will be releasing this DVD to the general public later this year.

You know, waiting all this time to get this seems like a smart strategy after all on her part. Maybe it's the same thinking as Berry Gordy sitting on TCB and GIT, like when people have almost forgotten these shining moments, the public will be reminded of them once again and with things like the Grammy this Sunday, it's the long-term view of Diana's legacy that they are protecting and nurturing. Now that the controversies of the 80s are fading and people can remember her artistry once again.
