I can’t claim that as an original. Many moons ago when I was just a wee lad I was in a local shop [[a small key store I think) and the proprietor had these placard type signs all over the shop that had humorous drawing with witty sayings on them. One was a drawing of a guy in a toilet ready to flush himself and the caption said “Goodbye Cruel World”. It struck me as really funny that a person could flush themselves down the John [[I was a wee lad). The prior post brought back the memory.
