    In one episode, Rose was, as usual, wearing an extremely short skirt. Hyacinth mentioned that she should really put on something more appropriate, something that went down to her ankles. To which her brother-in-law, Onslow, said: "Don't worry, that's where that skirt'll be by the end of the evening!"
