I most certainly am, westgrand! Those nuns were everywhere in school with those yardstick.
Every time I hear "Sister Mary Elephant" I think of them & laugh my butt off!

If you don't keep your money in your mattress, where do you keep it? And where do you keep your spare key in case you lock yourself out? Just asking out of interest, of course.

My main set of keys is kept in my left pocket. My spare keys are kept in my right pocket. Fact.

I will answer your question about where I keep my money, once I have spoken to my accountant........

    I wish!

No, I need to speak to my accountant, because he never allows me to keep any of my money.....so I just want to know where he is keeping it.

None of us is ever going to get it right in the eyes of everyone else, when spending their money.

Spend the money to earn that, and much more besides, for others, and they will follow you anywhere.

Generally, what they feel it can do for just them.......and not what it could be used to do, for others.

Best never give more than can be afforded....and the level of satisfaction gained from the giving is certainly heightened if thanks are received from the recipient[[s).

My eldest nephew is another. Relatively small, monetary gifts of equal value go to my three nephews at Christmas, but I never hear a thing from the eldest, although his two brothers always respond.

Yes, indeed he is, Arr&bee. He will be 94 years old on June 10th, and is still very active.

You might find the royal website interesting : www.royal.gov.uk.

Find 'Duke Of Edinburgh' [[Prince Philip's official title), then click 'activities and interests', which will tell you about him.
