I do hope that whomever gets it, realizes that it is a true Detroit landmark and will keep it a jazz club and not turn it into something like a car wash.......DAMN!

Yeah but knowing them they'd do it anyway. That's what fools do when they don't take the value of landmarks. I've read this same story the last ten years. Sad.

I passed by Baker's Friday night and there wasn't a parking spot to be found within 2 blocks, and it's that way all the time. I still can't understand how the place can be losing so much money.
