Always enjoyed this group. When Martha and the Vandellas broke up, Lois Reeves joined Quiet Elegance. Nice sound.

Millie Scott had a few solo recordings and sang with Aretha. Quiet Elegance once toured with Al Green.

A wonderful group who deserved a whole lot more attention than they received. I always believed that they should've been a much bigger group than they were. My favorite is 'Have You Been Making Out Ok?', a very nice spin on Al's classic.
Sadly overlooked
Very good group, little recognised but you can get a CD / MP3 download with all their Hi Records output from Amazon etc.
Favourite track is Do You Love Me, a remake of the Rayons original directed by Wille Mitchell, which you can hear at this URL

I think I once read they were managed by Otis and Melvin of The Temptations.
I love them. And Bettye said she saw them years ago and that they were the best female group that she had ever seen.
Frankie has a great voice.
That youtube clip is not recent.
Has anyone ever heard Lois' voice solo? Is she an alto or soprano?
