Wow! What a fascinating read! Deke's recollections made me wish I had worked at Motown more than ever before. What a shame he's no longer with us. Given his personal hands-on experience at Motown, and his special knack for weaving a behind-the-scenes story that we can all identify with, Deke, along with Ralph, could have surely made a significant contribution to the upcoming Motown movie.
