Memories of Al Abrams - Sunday, February 19, 2017

On Sunday, February 19, 2017, Al Abrams would have celebrated his 76th birthday. All Motown Forum members have a lot to be grateful for as he was such a great and kind Motown publicist and historian. I as well as many other forum members have great fond memories of him. He was always so full of enthusiasm on Motown and his dedication was outstanding about Motown. He was a tireless advocate of helping us to discover the many things that a lot of people have forgotten about Motown.

It is hard to believe that he is no longer with us. Please keep him in your thoughts on 2/19 and your prayers. Think of something that he did during his lifetime that you appreciated.

Long live the memory of the late, great Al Abrams. He was the greatest.

Interesting note: Both Al Abrams and Smokey were born in the same month and same day but not the same year.
