Sons of Robin Stone rare clip Philly gold!

That man has again come up with another corker - one of my favourite Philly sounds from a one-hit-wonder group

One of my very favorite Philly Soul tracks to come out of Sigma Sound. I fell in love with "Got To Get You Back" the first time I heard it on the Various Artists "Disco Trek" album on Atlantic back in early 1976 -- an album solely featuring Tom Moulton mixes. Sons Of Robin Stone's "Got To Get You Back" and Sister Sledge's "Mama Never Told Me" blew me away at the time.... and still do! Gotta admit -- I never dreamed those guys were white. They sure fooled me!

    Great video, soulwally. Thank you!
