Shirley caesar wins lawsuit against dj who was responsible for viral hit

Unless you've been way from social media or under a rock, the Shirley Caesar "You name it" video has gone viral and beyond. She had no problem with the video and the people having fun with it but her issue was the video with half naked girls twerking and the presence of alcohol. She sued to have it removed and she won.

I've been under a rock and heard nothing about this. Good for her.

I'm under another rock. My life does not revolve around social media, twerking, or retweeting.

Considering social media has increased my photography business by at least 60%, I'm on it more than i would actually like to be but cha-ching. I still prefer to live in the moment as opposed to out of my phone.

Thanks. I knew about the suit, but didn't know that it was resolved.
