Detroit soul and beyond

Anyone know of any blogs/sites that get into the nitty gritty of 60's and 70's soul outside of the Detroit scene. What you do here is fabulous and i have learned a ton. I am just looking for little known or unheard songs or artists from the era. There are alot of good sites [[ace/Kent, Sir Shambling, etc) but as the internet is so global it seems there is still alot of unknown music out there. So many times i find an artist i have never heard of and find absolutely nothing on them by Googling.
