I'm never sure where to post things like this, but singer/songwriter John D. Loudermilk has passed away. Writer of such hits as "Indian Reservation" by Paul Revere & The Raiders, and The Nashville Teens "Tobacco Road", for do-wop fans, he also penned The Casino's 1967 hit "Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye", among many other hits.

Loudermilk was 82, the cause was a heart attack.
