The Jackson 5: A Royal Occassion

Check out this great image of the J5 from the Motown vaults. Cool story behind it too!

Never forget the first Jackson Five Tour of the UK, they appeared at The Liverpool Empire, the biggest theatre in the City 2,750 seats, I was then just about the same age of the older brothers never seen a concert so electric or since.

Remember well the Royal Variety Performance, then the TV show was a real highlight.

Wow - very cool footage! I've never seen that video before.

Also you can buy a photographic print of the image which is pretty cool. They've got a whole Motown collection:

    Ahhhh soooo cool
I wonder where Jackie was when that photo was taken. Looking at the video I have to smile when I see the cord from Jermaine guitar to his amp. WOW !!! how far we have come through technology.

I remember the first time I saw the Jackson Five at the Hara Arena and it appears to the same show. Love it !!!
