I read this. The Atlanta PD turned it over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. He probably supposed that Internal Affairs would rubber stamp it and put him back to work. That's craziness.

I don;'t even think he though about it. We will likely know more in the weeks ahead, but I think the guy was a racist, saw a Black man, and jumped to conclusions.
