I LOVE Regina Belle! Saw her in Atlantic City way back in 1990. Superb!

This lady has one of the finest female soul/jazz/r&b voices of all time. That may be a bold statement to make but she has such range, perfect pitch and can do things with that voice that could make a grown man cry. She really is that good, and as Marv quite rightly points out she is quite something live on stage. She isn't the easiest person to work with but that voice made me almost forget that.
