Strange. I AM using US iTunes and the screen shot above shows me what is available, i.e. 13 music tracks with no notation of "digital booklet."

Ae you just looking at songs and not opening the tab for the album itself? Looks like thats just showing the songs download popularity. As you can't just buy the booklet separately maybe thats why you dont see it

If finally worked for me from ITunes. Book included. It is truly amazing. I can't stop playing it. Diana sounds so good. It is so good!
