Raw Video: Chicago Police dashcam video of Laquan McDonald shooting

He was down and they kept shooting this kid. Notice how the cop kicks his hand like he was some sort of an animal.......

He emptied his clip into that kid. They only charged him after the video was ordered to be released to the public. The same thing happened in that case in Dover, Delaware where that pig kicked the guy in the face breaking his jaw. They cleared the cop until the dashcam video was made public, then they fired him and charged him with assault. And there are a lot of people pissed off at Black Lives Matter, not because they are doing anything wrong but because they have the nerve to point out how wrong it is for someone to be killed for walking down the street or selling loose cigarettes. This shit is not new and it should not still be happening.

I saw the video of the cop kicking the man in the head in Delaware. It was awful. There is another case that is currently in court or has just rapped up in Detroit. The cop that pulled the man over in Inkster, MI for not stopping long enough at a stop sign, beating him and then planting drugs in the trunk of his car. Nothing would have happened if there were no video. This is not new, but we should never get use to it.

Many police departments and district attorneys are refusing to release the video from body cameras and dash cameras in abuse incidents. There have also been several cases when the pig turned his camera off before the incident. There is a movement that encourages anybody with a smart phone to record any arrests they happen to witness. In many of them, the cops harassed the b person filming, threatening to arrest them if they didn't stop, even though they have a constitutional right to do it. They HATE being filmed.

They are killing people for things that in the past that were looked at as little more than mischievous pranks! A teenager with a pocket knife gets 16 bullets? Am I crazy or is this shit really happening?

The sad thing is that it is doubtful this killer be convicted. Prosecutors don't want to be known as the one who put a cop behind bars. They need cooperation in order to do their jobs and the valiant selfless hero public servants tend to be a lot less valiant, heroic, or selfless when they want to prove a point.

I know what you mean. That cop that gave us all a step by step video instruction on how to strangle a grown man to death over a few loose cigarettes is still free and collecting a paycheck from the City of New York. The public can demand all they want, he will not be fired. Ofc Daniel Panteleo!

Don't forget the one from Cleveland who was so "afraid" after his crew shot over 100 bullets into a car that he jumped on the hood and emptied 16 more into the man and woman inside. He's back in the job with back pay for the time that he missed, like the Charlotte cop who killed the guy who crashed his car and needed help more than he needed bullets.

That one in Cleveland was one of the more horrific murders since Amadou Diallo in NYC in 1999. He massacred those people and nothing has been done about it. I can't even pretend to ask why anymore. We are suppose to be afraid of Isis, terrorists etc. I'd be more afraid of cops in the U.S. of A.! They are murdering people and getting away with it.

I'm waiting to hear Rahm Emanuel's explanation for why everybody from him and the Chicago DA on down is not complicit with the cover up.

Oh they will approach it like the public are complete idiots and say they wanted to wait until tempers and emotions settled down. What would that have to do with the law? That is why I have so much respect for the D.A. in Baltimore. She did not wait.
