The arresting officer did not follow procedure and was very unprofessional. The woman was irate but he should have ignored that.
There is no way the woman hung herself. She was lynched. The investigators are correct to treat this like a murder.
As a cop, I would have at least asked her if she had been drinking or on medication, because her behavior would cause me to believe that, perhaps, she was under the influence. At least that would have given him some justification for asking her to step out of the car. And, then the idiot attempt so pull her out and then pulls his taser and says he's gonna "light her up"! Obviously, he's done this before and thought he could get away with it again.
But, the real mystery is her death. Somebody knows something and they aren't talking.

Yes his actions seem extreme,but cops can be nasty bastards.
She could have been under the influence of a drug or some other substance. In my line of work, if anyone acts agitated or belligerent, you can safely suspect being under the influence. You can also suspect emotional distress or a personality disorder.
The toxicology report may be released tomorrow as a result of the second autopsy. Just a few minutes ago, it was revealed that the presence of marijuana was present in the body.
The marijuana presence will be a field day for the police dept, unfortunately. I've only listened to news clips of the incident and it seems to me that the police office became agitated and belliterent before Ms. Bland did. Here's an interesting piece from Rolling Stone:
