None of this surprises me. The U.S. Government has done, and probably still conducts human experimentation on non-whites, or in non-white areas of the country and the world. We are really no better than the Nazis in that respect.

I remember reading this story in Jet back in 1973 where they wanted to sterilize these 3 black sisters who were poor and lived in the South. Public outcry prevented it.
