Sounds like this is going to be a supremely expensive wedding.
Diana Ross is throwing a spectacular multi-day wedding celebration for her youngest daughter, Chudney, and Josh Faulkner in Hawaii next month, Confidenti@l has learned.
“Diana is going all-out and doing a four-day bash,” said our insider. “It’s one of those weddings where there’s activities day and night and meals planned for every single meal. Very luxurious. It’ll be a full-on food, drink and music celebration. Everything’s going to be taken care of for the guests.”
Our source says the guests are due to arrive on Thursday, June 18, for a day of snorkeling, surfing and beach activities, with a karaoke party that night. The next day, the superstar is hosting a yacht party as well as the rehearsal dinner, while the wedding itself will take place on Saturday. There’s brunch and more fun on the beach lined up for Sunday.
Chudney Ross, who owns a bookstore and cafe, Books and Cookies, in Santa Monica, got engaged to Faulkner in January. She is the “Upside Down” singer’s second daughter from her first marriage, to music exec Robert Silberstein.
Hawaii is a favorite of the engaged couple, who went there on a babymoon before having their now-2-year-old daughter, Callaway Lane, the singer’s second grandchild.

The source added that there’s a question mark over whether Chudney’s sister-in-law Ashlee Simpson will be able to make it to the extravagant bash. Ashlee, who’s married to Evan Ross, Diana’s youngest son, is a long way into her pregnancy.“She’s going to try to be there,” said the insider, “but she’ll only be about month away from her due date.” The rest of the clan, including Ross’ older daughters, “Blackish” star Tracee Ellis Ross and Rhonda Ross, and her son Ross Naess, are all on the guest list.
Apparently the former Supreme is very generous when it comes to her children’s weddings. She hosted Simpson’s lavish wedding to Evan in September at her Connecticut mansion, and officiated at the ceremony.
The Las Vegas Sun recently reported that the legendary diva, 71, who recently completed a nine-show run in Vegas, is already considering a return to the Sin City stage. She should add on a couple of shows just to pay for June’s wedding Champagne.

Mary's last invitation to much was about 1983. In 2000, some manager sent an invite to something but it didn't work out. In the end, Randy was right ~ she lost Diana Ross forever in about 1983.

Actually, Diana's current band has members that have been with her for 30 years dwarfing any involvement with any Supremes.
