    Only when they do a full vetting and find that they are operating in a manner that systemically violates civil rights. Why they haven't investigated the Baltimore PD before now is curious.

    And, that sign isn't just some piece of paper taped onto the back, it's permanent! Morons! They are so arrogant that they get away with this. And, all this time, no one even though to remove it.

    Yeah. That is a professionally made and mounted sign. They are "looking into" who is responsible for it. They take two days to investigate a street fight but six months to find out who paid to have a sign put on one of their own vehicles.

    They're going to stretch out out, going we'll all forget.
