Wow. Now a reserve policeman shot and killed an unarmed Black man in Tulsa. He said he meant to pull out his taser but grabbed his .38 instead. It's officially open season and these pigs are using any means - necessary or not - to put people in the ground. It's probably a good way to get paid administrative leave without having to take vacation.

I almost want to start a new thread. Today that deputy in Tulsa, OK that killed Eric Harris has been charged with manslaughter.....

The comments from the sergeant at the press conference indicate that they will offer zero cooperation in the investigation, just like the cops in Cleveland who are not helping in the trial of the pig who shot 49 bullets into the car of two unarmed suspects. And we're supposed to support them? The good that they do is only fine because of the job. It is inherently an association of men who are above prosecution and reproach, even when the facts are clearly against them.

If they don't cooperate in the investigation, that's fine. Lock them up for interfering. Not to mention failure to properly do their job.

I agree. They cannot go around killing people by "mistake"! Another young man was killed last night in Indianapolis by the police.

It doesn't work that way... Anybody has the right to decline answering questions. The prosecutors will treat them with kid gloves, knowing that trying too hard to put a cop in jail will guarantee a lack of cooperation in future cases. It's the same thing that happened in Ferguson when the prosecutor presented one-sided testimony, even allowing the suspect to speak before the grand jury which is rarely ever done. When it comes to trying police officers, the prosecutors are advocates FOR the accused, so you know there will be no conviction.

Well, it appears someone made a records request to find the training of the 'reserve officer' who killed the suspect in Tulsa and the files cannot be found. The chief is blaming the missing records on a former officer who misfiled them.
