Monique indie movie to be released this year

After admitting to being blackballed by Hollywood actress Monique has gone the independent route to produce the movie "Black Bird"

This was a very enjoyable film about a young man's coming out experience with a highly religious family. It was the most highly attended show at Atlanta's LGBTI film festival last Fall and won the prize for best film. I highly recommend seeing the film if the viewer isn't adversely sensitive to the subject matter.

Thank you nabob. I saw the trailor several months ago and forgot about the movie. After reading an article on her it stated that the movie will be released in theaters this spring. Looks like it will be a good movie.
