You are the only one I can ever count on for information on my girl Denise LaSalle. So what is the latest on this "forthcoming CD" that was mentioned back as early as September? It is supposed to be on something called the Chi-Jaxx label, which does not even have a website presence.

I'll contact her a little later on. As you've probably noticed, all those estimated release dates that the artists give you are, as a rule, put off for some months, even a couple of years in some cases.
Incidentally, Denise is in the Facebook; not very active, but, if lucky, you could reach her there.
