Motown Artists - The Streets of Detroit

I believe that some time ago the Vandellas had a street named in their honor [[can anyone confirm?) One would also guess by now that Detroit has "dedicated" a roadway to Berry Gordy, Jr. as well.

Do any other Motown artists have their own boulevard or avenue?

At the site of the Jeffries Projects in Detroit there are several streets named after Motown artists including: Temptations, Four Tops, Miracles, Supremes, Marvin Gaye and Martha Reeves/Vandellas. The latter is interesting in that one of the corner street signs says "Martha Reeves" and a separate sign immediately below it says "Vandellas". There is also a street named after non-Motowner Aretha Franklin in this area which is bounded by the Lodge Freeway, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Trumbull and Canfield. W. Grand Boulevard in front of the Motown Museum is also named Berry Gordy Jr. Boulevard.

At the cormer of Four Tops and Miracles streets, Detroit, May 2013.

The housing they have put up in this neighborhood--town houses and/or condos--look quite nice.

They are very nice houses. It is even nicer now that they have the street lights up in the neighborhood.
