That's nice to hear. It dispels alot of the myths that the ladies are as catty with each other as some of the members of this board are with each other. I've always wanted to hear more from Cindy. She really shines in those spots during the 70s Supremes where she was given a chance. All the best thoughts and wishes to you, Miss Birdsong!

You are right. It is the fans that do the fighting and insults. I saw Mary years ago at CLUB NEW YORK NEW YORK and DIana Ross was there. In fact, if I remember right, Turkessa was with Diana.

This is a real treat. So nice to see Cindy out there doing her own thing! She sounds really good. Was Diane already in the area performing and just happened to be there, or did she fly over to support Cindy? Nice to see Cindy receiving support from her former bandmate.

Diana was not performing that night - she went to support Cindy.

As you would expect, the newspapers next day were filled with pictures of Diana ..poor Cindy was relegated to a mention here and there.
