Intro- "I'm The Greatest Star" from T.C.B.

On the deluxe edition of Diana Ross & The Supremes sing Funny Girl, There's an outtake from T.C.B. called "I'm The Greatest Star" At the beginning of the track, before the performance, there's a trumpet that plays a few notes, followed by Mary [[or some identical voice) singing "You can take Stevie out of the country, but..." to the exact same melody.

Does anyone know what song those lyrics came from?
