Ernie, one of my favorites was one of the few legendary pro fighters that was able to successfully and convincingly parlay his fame in the ring to other successful career endeavors. He was a born leader. God Bless him and the Terrell Family this evening.

It's a big misconception that Berry Gordy made Jean Terrell a star. It was Ernie that did that, Gordy just brought her to a higher level.

It is of value to me to see this type of post; I live on the east coast [[NJ) so do not necessarily get updates via: news outlets. I would not have known that Mr. Terrell had led such an active post-athletic life and started a business that employed 100 people! That's a major accomplishment!

Mr Ernie Terrell lived a great life with huge acomplishments and now hes home with his Heavenly father and Lord and Savior Jesus Chris and all his loved ones who went home to glory before him where he will live forever more.
