    The Motown Revue

Some of you may remember The Motown Revue, a summer TV show which aired in 1985 and was hosted by Smokey. Let's take a look at some of the guests on the show:

Smokey and Mary Wells doing a nice medley of Mary's songs:

Considering how much time Smokey spent working with Mary as a songwriter and producer I find it hard to believe this is the only song they recorded together. I'm sure there must be others in the vaults yet to be released.

"I Want You 'Round" is available on both her "Looking Back 1961 - 1964" anthology and the more recently released "Something New" set.
