    Jeanie,
What a wonderfully appropriate gathering of people to honor Jimmy.

    Jeanie,

This will be a wonderful and well deserved celebration of life for Jimmy. So many of his peers loved and admired him. No other single artist influenced more vocalists from various genres than Jimmy. The lineup of guest artists and speakers is excellent. I know there were many more who wanted to pay tribute, but couldn't due to prior commitments.

All in all, it should be a spectacular two days with the tribute to Jimmy at The Apollo the night before the memorial. No one deserves this more than Jimmy Scott The Master of Song. I'll be with you in spirit.

    Love to you always,

    ~~Mary~~

Thank you Ralph, Mary, & Edafan.

I tried to post the New York Times article about the Memorial and some photo's but it wouldn't work. I guess the SDF Photo thing is still outdated with the same old problems it used to have. "No matter what the size" it kept saying sizing was too big or wrong dimensions, crazy!

    Much to do....
    See everyone in N.Y
