Two legendary superstars [[Freda Payne; Mary Wilson) join together for a tour-de-force evening of music paying tribute to the iconic Lena Horne and Ella Fitzgerald, Saturday, September 6th in Houston, TX. The memorable concert includes classics like "Mr. Paganini," "Mack the Knife," "Someone To Watch Over Me," "The Lady Is a Tramp," "They Can’t Take that Away from Me," "Stormy Weather," "Honeysuckle Rose" and many more.

Great shot, Mary. Might this be the formation of the NEW "New Supremes"? I wish!

It's hard to believe Scherrie and Freda are sisters; Mary looks more like Scherrie than Freda does.

I'm guessing this was imprompteau. Nice to see these ladies together.

How nice to Mary and Scherrie together on a stage! Terrific!

    Three cheers for Freda, too!

Probably the closest to a 70's Supremes reunion that we'll get. I'll take it. Nice seeing all the ladies on stage looking great!

According to the report I read on Facebook, Scherrie joined Freda and Mary on stage for the encore and sang back up on Band of Gold and My World is Empty Without You.

Hey, Mary -- you're right! I never noticed it before. In this photo, Mary and Scherrie sure could pass as sisters! - Gary

If you look at photos from the 70s you can see that Scherrie and Freda looked very much like sisters. Great photo! Thanks for sharing. This show was just this past Sat. evening, Sept. 6th, correct?

Freda Payne and Mary Wilson after the show? There is no way these women are 70 plus years old!
