Love the Tempts 2nd photo [[the second last one). Never seen that one before. Only Paul had got a natural 'do' at that stage.

Way to go, Methuselah2! Where on earth did you ever find these rare and wonderful photos? I love 'em all, but the one that hit me the hardest was the very first one -- The Marvelettes. Despite the dramatic contrast in Wanda's and Katherine's height, the girls looked great when posed on stage. Gladys had a sexy stature about her which always made the Wanda-led Marvelettes one of Motown's finest groups in my eyes [[and ears). Thanks for this super-fine offering. - Gary

Nplm, Ross, Soulwally, & Gary - So glad you're enjoying the photos. Believe me, I was so excited to find them. I just kept searching and searching and kept stumbling onto things I hadn't seen before. Even the ones that were already familiar to me were popping up so infrequently that I knew I should include them since someone else might not have seen them before.

The Marvelettes shot was a joyous surprise Gary. It turned up on an NPR site that I'm about to post in another thread.
