That was a very nice find, Mike and it just occured to me that I must have missed quite a few
Soul Train episodes growing up because I don't think I've ever seen Helen Curry on a stage.
I was crazy about that group and her sound and have added her to a growing list of female
vocalists who I don't understand for the life of me why they didn't have longer careers. Even
after they disbanded I thought somebody might have scooped her up to sing lead or at least
backup in his or her group. Dang...

Thanks for posting this. I don't remember this either, or I might have missed the original airing. Their song "Leaving Here" got a lot of play in my house. A great group!

Funny I remember Leaving Me [[thanks for this clip by the way) but I dont remember a woman being in the group.
