    The Velvelettes hit the UK charts when it was re-issued in 1971. I guess Blue Sharks saw its potential.

    And there was also a version of the song by DIANA ROSS on her debut solo L.P. that was around at the same time.

    I like Diana's take on the song but the Velvelettes' version is the one I prefer and listen to.
