Saw Eddie sing in person a few times, the last time was at Symphony Hall in Newark about 14 years ago.
No doubt Eddie still has the best falsetto around today!
"This Can't Be True" from 1967 is still my favorite Eddie Holman record.

Eddie held on to his gift for soooooooooo long. That's not a common thing in the career
of many pop and soul artists. Another thing, is it my imagination or is the art of falsetto
singing vanishing from the physical capabilities of black singers today?....
It's a good question, Splanky. I don't have an answer but the art of falsetto certaining does seem to be vanishing. An unfortunate development.
