Shake a tail feather, literally......

A couple of weeks ago, Cafe Mela, a local coffee house, hosted a DJ from the Emerald City Soul Club who came over the mountains with his setup and a BIG box of 45s to spend an evening spinning rare/northern soul. The place is all ages, so there was a large contingent of "younger" [[age is reletive) people on the dance floor. Now in my time, I could do a decent job of layin' it down, but various aches and pains have restricted my dancing to the extent that I'm mostly a watcher now a days.

Now I'm not saying these kids in my little white bread town were bad dancers, but damn, this bird leaves them in its dust.....or tail feathers.
