    One of my favorite vocalists, saw him a couple times live in 1966 when "My Ship Is Coming In" and "Speak Her Name" were among his biggest hits at the time.

    Sir Walter is unsung, underrated, and one of the greatest singers most people never heard.

    Remember seeing him at the Uptown and he came on stage with leg braces and was on crutches. Welcome Home, such a beautiful song.
