Who is Ronnie Gallant?

Know nothing about this guy, but here's another helping from the same era -

I remember that he was in a couple of groups out of The East Coast [[I think The Greater NY/NJ area), but can't remember the groups' names. I have several records by him. Sometimes his name was also spelt: "Ronnie Galliant".

He may well have been in a group but I can't find anything definite.

I wonder if the writer Billy Myles is the dude that did the late 50's song "The joker"?
