Can you help with this mystery track ? 1960's beat ballad

It is a 60's ballad, sounds as though it is called " [[you have ) no room to cry"...male vocal, probably white artist...opening line..."it's been a long long while since we met, I've had a lot of time to think and forget"

I no longer have vinyl, but this 45 was never in my collection. Got several copies on CDs etc
