Ok, so they shot him 5 times as he was running AWAY from them? Ah huh, ok. So that made him a threat to their safety I suppose. I notice they mention in the article that a handgun was recovered from the scene. They are already setting this case up to get the cops off.
In contrast, when the perp is white, they use stun guns and police dogs.
