HEY GUYS AND DOLLS,HERE'S ONE TO KICK AROUND,FROM THE R&B TWILITE ZONE FILES..YOU HAVE TO IMPRESS AN IMPORTANT HEAD OF STATE WITH A SOUL SONG BUT THIS IS THE KICKER,THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF MUSIC AND IF THEY DON'T LIKE THE SONG IT COULD CAUSE AN INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT,AND BY THE WAY YOU HAVE ONE DAY TO PICK THE SONG.GOOD LUCK!

Reflections....of the way life used to be.
Our ex Prime Minister John Major had "The Happening" in his Desert Island Top 10 so Mr Tony Blair should go for the Supremes next release!

I love this thread... you have to use your brain.
Well... I would seriously choose "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" because of the orchestral brilliance and the fact that anyone who listens to it would be taken by it.
To be funny, I would choose "Endless Love" so that Tony Blair and the Executive Shrub could just get it over with, and get it on. LOL!!!

I guess I would have to choose Classical Gas by Mason Williams it sounds classy enough to impress a state head and its not soulful enough to offend those who dont have soul.

after viewing some of the "shock and awe" going on at this very minute, I would have to say "Only The Strong Survive"-Jerry Butler.
