There is a ballad by a female singer that is currently receiving medium, rotation on urban radio. This song samples the intro from the Newcomers "Too little in common to be lovers ..." but as usual the djs. do not backannounce. This pervasive habit drives me crazy.

I like the Newcomers rendition of "Too Little in Common to be Lovers" and the late Randy Brown's version too. The song is a deep soul treasure. I haven't heard the sample but you got me listening to Urban radio for a few hours a day now Soul Puss, which is something I haven't done in years.
