HEY GANG,I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT THE POWER AND SCOPE OF MUSIC,NOT JUST WHAT WE TALK ABOUT HERE BUT ALL MUSIC IN IT'S MANY FORMS,I DON'T THINK THAT THERE IS ANY OTHER SUBJECT THAT CONVEYS SO MANY EMOTIONS OR STIRS UP SO MUCH CONTROVERSY AND CONVERSATION,PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE LIKE MUSIC IN SOME FORM,EVEN THE POPE I'M SURE ENJOYS THE MUSIC THAT IS PIPED OUT THE CATHEDRALS THAT HE VISITS AROUND THE WORLD.THE MAGNATUDE OF MUSIC IS ASTOUNDING,IT IS THE ONE TRUE WORLDWIDE LANGUAGE!

I agree. Music is free of the problems of words, which must carry a specific, defined meaning. Music is free to express pure emotion.

I am a scientist, at heart. A simple scientific experiment, which proves beyond doubt the unique power of music, is to watch a typical movie without the music track: Just the dialogue and effects. I am fortunate that I have been in a position to actually conduct such a test. I can assure you that, for example, the film STAR WARS falls flat on it's face without the music.

One of the most stunning examples was SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER! Without the music track, that film was a total bore!

(Just kidding with that last one.)

R&B, I suggest that you learn to type with upper and lower case letters.
