Hey gang: Ahem, I used to be quite stunning! Back in 1970 I was encouraged to run for Ms. Black Pennsylvania but had no talent and felt that being lightskin(did) would have worked against me during the Black is Beautiful era.

Been exercising a lot to drop the tonnage I gained due to a knee injury from working out too much with Jane Fonda and nem. Had two orthoscopic surgeries and it looks like I'll need another. (Oh, the pain.) I'll find out whats doing on the 16th though.

Hopefully, I'll be able to send some "back in the day" photos when I was knocking em dead here in Philly! For real!
